Women are identical with shopping habits. Even though holiday season like Christmas and new year season is over, shopping activity is a must. Yet, women can not neglect themselves to buy products offered at discount price.
The problem is, not all discount prices give appropriate quality benefits, either. Some producers discount their product price no matter the quality is good or not. Following are the tips on buying the discount product that may be useful for you.
- Make sure that you really need the product. Do not buy unnecessary product because you only waste your money, time, and even space in your house for keeping the product.
- Pay attention always to product quality. Cheaper price of a product may indicate that the product probably is broken, scrapped, defected, or below standard. Accordingly, scrutinize the whole package first before you buy.
- Some products such as food, drugs, cosmetics, and other body treatment products have expiry date written in their package. You must check the expiry date and make sure that your consuming period is not exceed the expiry date.
- Check whether the product is still up-to-date. Some products are offered at discount price because they are not up-to-date any more. Examples are cellular phones, dresses and clothes, techno-gadgets, and others. Consider tips number 1 and 2 before you buy.
- Make price comparison. Some producers/sellers increase their products prices before giving you the discount. For the same product, compare its price between two or more producers/sellers to get a better result.
- Re-consider to buy a “buy one get two” product. This is one of seller's tricks to get their products sold. Consider tips number 1 and 2 before you buy.
- Buy a well-known brand discount product. A well-known brand usually offers good quality product. Do not spend your money for the discount product which you don't really know its quality or brand.
- Test the product first before buying and make sure that you feel comfortable with the discount product you have already bought.
- If necessary, allocate budget for buying discount product but do not always buy discount product. Buying discount product will never give you the correct and good quality product unless you are lucky.
